This sign on the outside of a house in Clapton states 2 3/4 miles to Crewkerne, 1 1/4 miles to Drimpton and 139 3/4 miles to London. the sign has numerous dents and is rusting heavily in some places as if the sign has been used for target practice at some time. The house was once the Blue Boy Inn public house.
