The former Victoria Drill Hall (aka Lansdowne Drill Hall) is in Lansdowne Lane, off Lansdowne Road, and is the second of two main drill halls in Bournemouth (the other is in Holdenhurst Road). Opened in 1902 by Field Marshall Earl Roberts, it became the Headquarters of the 3rd Wessex Brigade Royal Field Artillery; 6th Hampshire Battery. Image
