There are no players yet, football returns in August after the removal of the old company and its hostile but unknown owners. The company refused to pay a bond to the Football Conference, deliberately relegating the old Hereford United to the Southern League, hence the red plaque. They will be playing in a much lower league next season of course, but there is now a long term future. 700 season tickets have been sold. The Southern League side usually got about 300 in due to a boycott.
