Early 19th century house forming end of irregular terrace. This bird shaped finial was on the roof gable, but with erosion is looks sort of headless. At one time this house was a telegraph office, but the cottage is now residential. This picturesque terrace is in the centre of Longformacus village, overlooking the Dye Water.
