This building immediately to the west of the main school building on Frankham Street Image was most likely the schoolmaster's or caretaker's house originally. Alternatively (but less probably) it may have been associated with Christ Church, which stood behind it and was demolished in the 1930s. The site was due for redevelopment as housing as of 2015 and the house boarded up.
