Betws yn Rhos is a village and community located about 5 miles inland between the coastal towns of Abergele and Colwyn Bay. Originally built as a 13th-century ale house and licensed as a coaching inn in the 17th century, The Wheatsheaf is a traditional inn and pub with oak beams and stone pillars. It stands in the centre of the village, opposite St Michael's Church.
