Calcott Building, Far Gosford Street

The Calcott Bros firm moved to this building in 1896. Originally manufacturing bicycles, starting production of cars in 1913. Only the renaissance style office building now remains, the remainder of the workshops were demolished in 2006 to make way for student accommodation.
