Balquhain Castle

All that is left of this castle is this tall remnant of the great keep and some foundations of the rest of the building. It dates from the 14th century, and was rebuilt in 1530 for Sir William Leslie, 7th Baron of Balquhain. The windowless lower wall is probably part of the older castle.
