Grade II* listed pair of formal early 19th century town houses. Number 4 known in later 20th century as Stella Maris was occupied in 1926 by Lady Noel (Is this Lady Norah Ida Emily Bentinck (Noel) daughter of Charles William Francis Noel, 3rd Earl of Gainsborough? Her dates fit but I can't find any connection to Tenby).
