This pile of rubble is what is left of an old building that used to be part of the frontage along Coronation Road. Originally a development of a few small firms (the road adjoining is Cooperage Lane) the area was largely rebuilt after WWII. The last occupant to use it was a garage firm but they moved out several years ago and the place became a derelict eyesore. Some of the industrial units to the rear are also going as part of the plan to build new mixed housing here.
