Early C18th, originally Coombe Hill House. Good doorcase (Image]). Grade II listed. Fine gates, piers and overthrow. Grade II listed. Ruskin House hosts various organisations associated with the labour movement and trades unions, such as the local Labour Party and the Communist Party.
