Portland Road SE25 was for a long time a repository of outdated shop fronts and signs that had vanished from the landscape elsewhere: see, for example, Image, Image and Image In the past ten years it has, sadly, done some catching up with the rest of the country - all the images mentioned above show things now gone - but this pet shop retains a pleasingly old-fashioned frontage.
