Eastwood House is a mansion on the north bank of the River Tay. It dates from around the 1830s and is a Category B listed building, see the Historic Scotland report: http://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB5583 Eastwood was originally part of the Atholl Estates. A number of notable guests have stayed here over the years, including David Lloyd George, Stanley Baldwin and Beatrix Potter.
