On the north side of Rowberry Street, the row of three modern houses in Merchants Court is alongside the black and white Old Record House http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4408846 built c1600. Merchants Court is the site of the farmyard which survived long after Old Record House had ceased to be a farmhouse. I thank Charles Gordon Clark for the information in the final sentence above.
