Grade II Listed dated 1892 and designed by David Jenkins of Llandeilo this is a market hall with public hall above and attached office wing. A grant of £247,700 from the Heritage Lottery Fund was announced in September 2012 for restoration of the building that was falling into disrepair. The Town Council received funding from Innovative Communities to match the Heritage Lottery Fund in February 2014 and a further application was to be made to The Prince’s Countryside fund for the remainder of the capital works.
