Marshall Trail (13.6) Dunmisk Fort

No information board was obvious at this stopping point. It is at the raised area behind the farmhouse. There is a concrete lane heading towards it but there are restrictions with access due to risk of infection to livestock The site was originally a prehistoric earthwork, which was modified and used by an early Monastic Christian Community. It sits on a ridge with a commanding view of the Camowen River Valley. (Picture taken from Inishative Road)
