The road from Hellescott passes the former post office on the right. Originally C17, it doesn't quite match its listed building description http://list.historicengland.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1160719&searchtype=mapsearch . Past the first house on the left and behind the telegraph pole is a pair of listed cottages, also originally C17, the first now thatched http://list.historicengland.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1142907&searchtype=mapsearch .
