'Coal tank' - Kidderminster Station

No. 1054 was built at Crewe for the London & North Western Railway in 1888 to a design by Francis Webb. It was withdrawn in 1958 and is owned by the National Trust. It was initially displayed static but has been operated for many years and completed its last major overhaul in 2012. It is seen in the livery of 'unlined LNWR black' and this was the first time this particular livery had been seen on the Severn Valley Railway.
