An impressive block built 1934-5 in the Moderne style. 185 apartments, restaurant and 16 shops, plus underground parking. This last feature is looking a bit of a mess at the moment. Listing info. on http://list.historicengland.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1323725
