Introduction
The photograph on this page of Mix and match by cris sloan as part of the Geograph project.
The Geograph project started in 2005 with the aim of publishing, organising and preserving representative images for every square kilometre of Great Britain, Ireland and the Isle of Man.

This house has been built with a mixture of bricks, the lower courses being Joseph Wilkes' locally renowned oversized 'Gobs', an effort to get around the brick tax.
