The plate is quite old and uses the old postal district number (before postcodes) and a five-figure telephone number. The 1913 telephone directory records the nearby Ayr Steam Shipping Company, at 30 Donegall Quay, with the number Belfast 289. The Google map shows this part of Donegall Quay as Oxford Street
