The Geograph site has been live since March 2005. In March 2015 a series of meetups was held around the country to celebrate the 10th Anniversary. To date well over four and a quarter million photographs have been uploaded to the site. The Midlands meetup was in the Jewellers Arms in Birmingham's fascinating Jewellery Quarter. After an excellent lunch the Geographers went for a walk through adjacent streets and even a cemetery before arriving at yet another excellent pub, the Black Eagle, for a short break before dispersing.
