Stand close to this artwork and it appears as three distinct items. However if you stand far enough away the three appear to merge into one and in the middle the figure of a man appears. Presumably the green is because the vegetation behind appears to give him this colour, but it's not as obvious in the winter months. The view from a distance:- Image
