This Church of England was completed by Sir George Gilbert Scott in 1874, although influenced by 13th century architecture. Pevsner's guide to Oxfordshire calls it "a powerful and severe design". The image is taken from The Greens, a village green to the west. The church's unusual spire can be seen for miles around, due to Leafield's height.
