Demolition of Worth Court at Bourne, Lincolnshire

Worth Court was among the first sheltered schemes to be built in Lincolnshire by a local authority as an experiment in housing for the elderly when it opened in 1965 but over the years the flats were poorly maintained through lack of investment and so the entire complex was demolished in 2007 and replaced by a modern development with ownership passing to a housing association.
