This C17 building was a pub called the Heart in Hand at one time. See http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-47050-the-heart-in-hand-wooburn-buckinghamshire for entry in British Listed Buildings. Until recently it was a Thai restaurant but it now seems to be undergoing some kind of refurbishment.
