Part of the gyratory system on the western side of the station and much changed from its origin as a residential cul de sac laid out during the last quarter of the 19th century. It became a through road when Harlands Road was built in the late 1950s and widened in the 1970s first losing the 19th century housing to Milton House, the office block on the right, then losing more to the left on the construction of Image
