The northern lodge near New North Road is Victorian and is described at https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1001631 as "single-storey Tudor-Gothic-style brick lodge with stone dressings and ornamental bargeboards". It doesn't look single-storey to me; but that's another story.
