Built 1903-4 and 1908-9 by Frederick Woodward; one of the Carnegie Libraries founded by the philanthropist Andrew Carnegie https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnegie_library : Now an art college. Listed grade 2 largely for its art-nouveau stained glass (list entry 1343199).
