This was seen on a visit when the site was still working commercially and had been re-erected off its original site for the amusement of the public. I believe this has now disappeared and I would welcome any further information on this. I think it might have been by Abraham lord of Rochdale. Update: A visit on 8-8-2015 revealed that there was a dismantled engine stored in the smithy (looking pretty much like this engine). This area is not currently accessible but it can be seen through the windows. Therefore it appears not to have disappeared.
