During the sad saga of the now abandoned "Summer Row Development", many business properties were vacated and allowed to become run down. Eventually new development projects will emerge, and in the meantime some new small businesses have taken occupancy of the premises in better condition. This one, adjacent to the White Hart public house has yet to find a user. Worcester Street, further to the right still has several such properties, and is a disgrace to the city.
