The ruined Bradgate House stable block

Bradgate House is a 19th century ruin near Groby. It was built in 1856 for the seventh Earl of Stamford, George Harry Grey. The house was sold for demolition in 1925, leaving only this quadrangular stable block, which cost £30,000 to build.
