Amazingly, this is simply labelled 'Ruin' on the first edition of the six-inch Ordnance Survey Map, so in spite of that lintel still being almost in place it has been ruinous for a long time. It's almost opposite what was then marked as Tartraven and is now Tartraven Cottage.
