These new wards are like giant containers airlifted into place. For the space between the Lyme Building and the Keele Medical School building which was cleared to make room for them, see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4244882. I would have liked to take a photograph from the identical spot, but then these prefabs would have completely filled the frame!
