Now in the Eastcliff open space, they were originally ornamental plantings in the grounds of The Rowdens when it was a large private house. Left to right: copper beech (clearly from a satellite photo); coast redwood possibly or a thinly-foliaged giant redwood; probably Cedar of Lebanon but possibly a stunted Monterey Cypress. On the ground is the partly-decomposed trunk of something very tall.
