Eastern National buses stand in the yard at Basildon Garage. Part of the Tilling group of companies, Eastern National invariably bought Bristol buses with Eastern Coach Works bodies (which were made in Lowestoft). The vehicles in the photo are Bristol RE's (single deck) and Bristol FLF (double deck). On the extreme left of the photo you can see the overhead wires of the line from Fenchurch Street to Shoeburyness.
