Located on the corner of Tollgate Lane and Brook Street and one of the three in a terrace. Numbers 3 (out of shot) and 5 date from the 19th century whilst number 4, the middle of the three was built in the 18th. The houses beyond are, from left to right, Allenby House, Holly Cottages, Oak Cottages, then the white rendered Casa, Chetwynd and Brooktye.
