Built at the same time (c.1855) in similar style to Manor Farm http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4320220 on the opposite side of Blyth Road by the owner of Hermeston Hall, Edward Challoner, probably designed by S J Nicholl. Listed Grade II.
