From the west side of the main road through the village. A Defra notice on the gate shows that the land ahead is managed under the Countryside Stewardship Scheme. A Duchy of Cornwall notice headed Harewood Park and Woodlands requests you to stay on the footpath. Farm and woodland management operations and shooting take place regularly in this area. Access for walkers and horse riders is restricted to public rights of way only. Please keep dogs on their leads at all times as there are young animals and game birds in this area.
