Trident House was once the headquarters of the Avis car rental company, but has since been converted into 98 luxury apartments by Galliard Homes. The attraction is obvious. The building is a stone's throw away from Hayes and Harlington railway station with fast CrossRail services to central and east London planned to start in 2018. Galliard are releasing the apartments on 29 January 2015, and, starting at £175,000, they will probably be very popular. Question - does one ever see new apartments for sale that are not prefixed with "luxury"?
