Not shown on 21st century maps, Kent Place is a row of three houses in Roft Street. A faded black lozenge at upstairs level of the left shows 1840 KENT PLACE. Kent Place was Grade II listed in 1986 as a complete dated example of a small 19th century domestic terrace.
