Planning permission has been granted by Canterbury City Council under application number CA//14/02194 for the “demolition or a single existing dwelling (number 66) and outbuildings and the construction of 12 new 2 bedroom apartments over 3.5 storeys with associated car and cycle parking, refuse area and hard and soft landscaping”.
