The footpath ahead - between the cylindrical bollards - leads walkers towards Strawberry Hill (a.k.a Strawberry Neb or Nob) and/or Clipstone Forest. On the left, on the other side of the security fencing is Mansfield Golf Club. Immediately to the right, although not visible in this photo, are some of the Ratcher Hill (Sand) Quarry pools. This picture was taken from the edge of Jubilee Way South.
