Hayes: Barra Hall Park Open Air Theatre

There has been an open air theatre here in Barra Hall Park since 1951, but that structure fell into disrepair and the building was rebuilt in 2005. The four large steel roof panels are designed not just to protect the stage but also to redirect sound towards the audience who sit in concentric rings beyond the low yellow wall.
