The wall around the former nursery site is Grade II Listed, and the English Heritage site describes it thus:- "Ranges of red brick walls of C16 or early C17 appearance, although they are laid in Flemish bond. Very irregular bricks, some extremely narrow. In places a tall, sloped coping with further, straight-edged coping above." The whole nursery site, the wall excepted, has been redeveloped for housing. This is the south side of the wall in Glasshouse Close.
