A fine, distinctive contribution to the townscape of Roxburghe Park. Architect and date of construction unknown (searches of online records and archives turned up nothing). I find this house hard to date: is it 1930s, 40s or 50s? The hints of mid C20th neo-classicism in the interesting central section of the facade suggests the involvement of a trained architect.
