The recent infill development of 2 new houses within the large plot of Bell House (built 1969, centre of picture with flat roofed car port and garage) has significantly altered the townscape of the far end of Roxburghe Park, see an earlier view from May 2010 Image . The large bulky house nearest the viewer (named "The Links") was designed in 2010 by Keith Renton Architect of Greenlaw, Duns.
