Viewed across Brynglas Avenue in late December 2014, when a Savills board on the fence shows FOR SALE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY 0.68ha (1.7 acres). This used to be the site of prefabs similar to this one. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1981336 The prefabs here were demolished in the middle of the first decade of the 21st century.
