Royal Veterinary College

The Royal Veterinary College is the oldest and largest veterinary school in the UK. The picture shows the Hobday Building which stands on the original site on Royal College Street, Camden Town. The college was founded in 1791 and is now a constituent college of the University of London. Sir Frederick Hobday was principal from 1927 - 1937; his achievments included raising money for new buildings.
