Conversion and alteration of Charter House, Park Street

Planning permission has been granted by Ashford Borough Council under application number 08/00296/AS for “the conversion and alteration of Charter House to provide up to 234 one bed flats and up to 3, 581 square metres of flexible commercial floor space (Use Classes B1 office, A1 retail, A2 financial and professional, A3 restaurant, D1 commercial) and the construction of two new buildings providing 110 flats including associated parking and landscaping including open and covered community space to roof top level”. Charter House was an office block, which will be now known as The Panorama.
